I used USAA's home selling program to sell my house, and Deniese was the only option for an agent in the area. At first I thought this was a little hinky, but being out in the country I figure it makes sense there aren't many options to choose from. It turned out that the very first time I met her, I knew that USAA couldn't have selected a more professional, honest, caring and all around awesome agent in Deniese Ossey. She did all of her homework before she even met me for the first time, and showed up to that meeting with a binder full of information about houses in our area and how we compared. She gave us a recommended selling price range that (in a good way) blew me away, and told us that our best bet was to sell "as is" and not put another dime into the house. She said it looked like it would cost about 25k to make the property beautiful, and it would likely only get us about 25k more. At any rate, when we "pulled the trigger" and listed the house, we had immediate interest at the listed price, and we had multiple offers within a relatively short time period. All but one of these offers was significantly lower than our ask, but one was pretty close to our price... Deniese talked to the two really low offering agents, and next thing we knew we had the house in escrow for just a few thousand less than our asking price! I hardly had to do A THING but talk to Deniese and sign/initial the appropriate papers, and my house was sold in no time despite all of its little quirks. If you are anywhere near Deniese Ossey when you are planning to go into the housing market, whether to buy or sell, you won't find an agent anywhere that will treat you as well as Deniese will. It's like she has some voodoo magic - everything she told us when we were preparing to list came true. It was almost spooky how accurate everything she said was, but then when you do as much homework/preparation before even meeting your client as she does, it's not surprising to be so spot-on. The fact that she is so friendly makes it an even better overall experience, because she's so pleasant and treats you almost like you're family. She fought for our best interests, was open and honest with us, and never once after meeting Deniese was I worried that I had chosen the wrong agent.
